Wrong link to a survey, and link in mail is text

Hi,

As link to a private survey I get following:
http://www.simkens.eu/community/community/index.php/activiteiten-els-en-erik/survey/take_survey?skey=2rIHzpVbQPyhHXNs1OTqOPH1QNKgD8Xv

two times "community". That is one time too much. How to correct this ?

I have an installation on Joomla 1.6.1 .

If a mail is sent: the correct link is included.
The mails however are not sended in HTML, so the users cannot click on the link in the mail. I do not find a parameter where you can set that a mail has to be sent in html.
