Initial Elevation Point is 0 sometimes

One of our gpx files does not show correctly as an elevation. The initial point is shown as zero, all the other points are correct. I've uploaded the file to gpsvisualizer.com and that displays the initial point correctly as 102.6. Any ideas as to why this is? The gpx file is attached, saved as a zip file to upload.
