Voting system GPS tools

Hi,

Just a question. I want to integrate a voting system in GPS tools. Do you have a suggestion? Are there comment/voting system that are supported?

I found JLex review which offers voting and commenting. Will this integrate with GPS tools? (http://jlexart.com/extensions/jlex-review)
