Exclude 404 page from "most read" or others

Hello, on my site the "most read" tab showing __404__ article, which was created by sh404sef component, to be first. Probably coz it gets most hits. Now I dont want to unpublish it but I do want to exclude it from showing on any tabs coz obviously its not a relevant content. I only found option to include some categories but not excluding them, nor exclusion of particular articles.

What do you advise?
