minor css guidance needed for leader board please

Hi - leader board is working nicely but I desire to make a few minor css changes to appearance.

Once new month appears the avatar is not rolling down to next line. Also on the current month I desire a 5px pad on top and alignment of avatars with the current month box - now slightly off.
