If user A got 100 points and user B got 90 points in a month, but user A also spent 11 points somewhere in that month.

Will A or B be the Top monthly points earner?

Can you add a module option for allowing setting the rule for both cases (based one final monthly left points or monthly total points earns regardless spending?
