I'm trying to track down why I'm not getting any friend requests from Sociable, and I can assure you I do have some friends. At least one or so he says.
Looking at the #__sociable_notifications table I can see 4 entries relating to the various tests sent with # sent you a friend request... in the description
In the Joomla Admin >> Sociable >> Email Templates I only have one entry of 'New Member: Approval Needed' should I have more, and how do I work out the email template type?
The system uses PHP Mail rather than a specific SMTP server. But we do get system emails
Any help would be appreciated and hopefully I'm just looking in the wrong place.
