Migration 1.5 Joomla & CA & CP -> 1.6 Joomla

I have got CA and CP in Joomla installed, how is the right way to update this tools to joomla 1.6.

probably first update joomla it self to 1.6 ...
should i completely uninstall the old CA 1.5 and CP 1.5 installations and install the nativ CA 1.6 and CP 1.6 versions, and thats it?

But how can i uninstall the old tools in new joomla 1.6, i think i have to uninstall CA and CP under joomla 1.5 and resintall the tools again in joomla 1.6, right?
