Survey in an article

HI   I would know if it's possible to add a community survey in an article. On JED it's written : "Survey Form Module & Results module: Display survey in any module position or article (using loadmodule p" But I didn't found something about this on the site.   Is it possible so?   THank you a lot by advance.   Anne.
