Add new poll button

Hello,
I just purchased the extension and i have to say its great!

I want to ask 2 things though.

1) How can I have the add new poll button removed from the front end and have it shown only when a specific user group is allowed to post polls? When a guest enters it shouldn't be there.

2) How can i add new polls from the back end?
