Hello. I tried to upgrade my old subscription and it wasn't allowing me to upgrade (probably due to lapse in payment.) I don't want to override all the information I have on my site, so how do I enable upgrades?
2nd question:
I've created a survey to allow attachments. I've got them attaching in email report, but when I click to view them from email it shows 403 permissions error. I have no idea how to fix this. I need the attachments to be viewable to public viewers. Do you have any ideas how to help me?
