I recall this being reported before, but the bug is still in there.
1. click on [edit] About me > the bbcode editor opens:

{CJATTACHMENT ["id": 1338]}

2. resize the editor window > it resizes to a state that you cannot change it /use it anymore

{CJATTACHMENT ["id": 1339]}

this is only with the bbcode editor, on my websites I use the HTML editor and I do not have this issue :)
