Honestly, if there is one huge gaping market opportunity for CoreJoomla, it is in the forum space. The Kunena project is dying quickly, and with just a little more refinement, the CJForums could be positioned as the next big winner in Joomla extenstions ( particularly as you are also doing ongoing development for J4! 

I'd be really happy to see more development efforts going to CJForums
