Cannot install Extension

Hello

First time poster here who cannot install the Quiz Extension I just purchased sorry. I get the following error messages as shown in the image hopefully.

I currently run a Joomla 3.10.xx site hoping to move to Joomla 4 very soon.

I use JoomPlace Quiz Deluxe for all my quizzes and need to keep using those in the same site as Community Quiz.

JoomPlace aren't supporting Joomla 4 so need to recreate all my quizzes in Community Quiz - high hopes things will work perfectly for me but wondering if the install error message is conflicting with the Quiz Deluxe table names maybe? Just guessing but any help would be great thanks.

I'm keen to have a play and test if existing functionality can be reproduced using Community Quiz
