I'm trying to use this question type but the images don't seem to be saved. When I display the form, I get an error message for the images : 

GET https://xxx/media/communityquiz/images/ni4gthaq0xgu8uj3hcp1c6nvt.jpg 404 (Not Found)

And indeed the media/communityquiz/images is empty (except the default images). There is no .htaccess at the root of the vhost nor any security component that would keep the images to be saved.
