Cron Job producing a 'Duplicate Entry' error

I'm trying to trouble-shoot why my fitbit steps are not auto-updating with the CronJob I have in place.

When I run it manually (by just putting the cron URL in the browser) I get:

Duplicate entry '151-2017-12-11-1' for key 'idx_cjfit_daily_activity_uniq'0 notifications processed.Success

Is this 'duplicate entry' message any cause for concern? I cleared my DB tables of user activity to see if it would fix the issue, but it soon returns.
