Give max points for question

Hi,

My customer wants to have a question where respondees must answer a question and give a value to certain answers.
See the attachment.

The rules should be:
- at least 1 answer is required
- minimum value of points: 1
- total value of points for all questions: 8

So the total of the given answers should never be higher than 8 points, otherwise a message should be shown.

Is there a way to do this in Community Survey Tools (using most recent version).
