I downloaded v5.2.4 and installed it on a Joomla website, it also requests CjLib Package 3.2.1, which I downloaded from Github but that install fails with '500 Unable to download GeoIP database from MaxMind'. Why is a GPS mapping app trying to download a GeoIP database? It seems totally unconnected. And how do I get the CjLib package to work? I've been using the previous versions of GPStools for a few years without problems.
