Hotspot question type doesn't work

Hi Maverick, the new feature recently added "Hotspot question type" doesn't work. I tried to add a question and i tried to upload an image but it's impossible to go to next step. It doesn't upload the image. I tried also on your demo site on the quiz https://demo.shondalai.com/quizzes/general-knowledge/a-quiz-to-showcase-all-question-types-in-community-quiz-component, question number 14.
