How to hide the "Site" button on quiz page, or translate it to "Save"?

Hi,

On the Quiz page, there is a button labeled "Site" between the Cancel and Continue buttons. This appears to be with the en_GB translation (though I try to use en_US).

How can I either hide that button, or translate its label from "Site" to "Save"?

Or both?
