How to not show component & category in breadcrumbs?

How to not show component & category in breadcrumbs?

Hi,

I have a Single Survey in use and linked to it from a menu.

The Joomla breadcrumbs however shows Home then the component name, then the category and then the survey name. How can I get it to show just Home and then the Single Survey name?
