Hi, I am looking into setting up a survey for customers.
What I want is the following functionality:
Questions where the answer is on a scale from x to y (e.g. 0 bad – 10 best)
Question flow based on the answer: if the answer is below eg 3 then the next question = eg 6
if answer is between 4 and 7 then the next questions are eg 7,8,9
if the answer is above 8 then next question is e.g. 10,11
For the report is it possible to:
have an average score of all the answers?
have an average score on all questions belowing to a 'sub-category'
Is it possible to have per subcategory a report entry based on the average score?
e.g.
if average score of questions = <3 then text = “abc”
if average score of questions = >3 but <7 then text = “def”
etc.
same for overall score?
