I'm adding a second translation to a survey and find that when trying to load a language-adapted image to the question description, it won't save. Attaching 3 screenshots to show process.

It appears to be saving, but if I refresh the screen or exit Community Surveys, the field resets to "empty". 

No problem saving if text is entered with the image, but the image alone will not stick.
