language file to add notes for changing by ver.

Hello,
For different version of CjBlog there maybe different description for each item. For example, in 1.1.2, the upload image size is changed to minium 128 pixel, but 1.1.1 it's 256 pixel. So if it used my language file the description will retrieve from my language file description and reflect the wrong message.
If you can add notes for adding or changed item description by version, then we'll have confidence of the correct language translation for every version.
I think every product should have this notes for changing items and description.
