I've created a poll and set the Minimum Answers to 1 and Maximum Answers to 1.
I expect that only one vote per user is possible, but after I placed a vote on desktop it is still possible to place a vote when I do it through my phone.
So it records 2 votes from 1 user.
Is this a bug?
