new polls not saving ...

UPDATE:

The error appears to be related to sh404sef ... I selected "skip" in the config for sh404sef relating to community polls and it is functioning properly now (except obviously that the URLs are not SEF :) ).

Ideally I would still like some help in configuring it so that it works properly.

I just purchased this component and it looks very cool - can't wait to get it running properly!

For some reason, when I create a poll and then click "submit poll" it goes back to the initial page, but nothing appears to have been saved etc. the poll doesn't show up on the front end or the back end so I am confused.
