No avatar

1. In my first trial to create a survey I saw the profile picture that was taken from JomSocial.
After that, never more I got any avatars assigned to the survey in the list.
2. I created two categories: Patienten and Patients, but I can only select the first one Patienten.

My actual feeling is identical to my last experiments a lot of months ago: Unstable behaviour, no logical concept, BUT: Nice design. BUT: For a nice design a could place a screenshot of your demo. I NEED A GOOD WORKING FUNCTIONALITY!
