Point rules doesn't seem to work

Hello,
I've tested several point rules and find the following point rules may not work:
1. com_content.hits -- I've read through articles but no points applied to the user.
2. com_communitypolls.vote -- the user had voted on polls but no points added to th user.

Would you investigate on this?
