I am trying to build a quiz, and I wonder how the participants registration works.

I have made a public quiz, and people can enter their name and email when they are done, but in the report, I can't see the names and emails of the participants, all participants are called "Guest".

Do people need to be registered and logged in as Joomla users in order to be identified in the report?
