Every link goes to a 404? - issue with this forum

Sorry i'm opening up another topic which is the same... when you moved my post, it stopped me from being able to reply: "You cannot reply to this topic."

I'm not sure what sef is... but we don't have any other modules installed other than a shopping cart. Everything else on the site is working properly.
