Selection Box Grid

I would like to suggest for Grids of select box/dropdown box.

Current my project is having a requirement that need to group a list of questions with select box answers into one main question.

E.g.

How frequent to perform the activities below. A. OPTION 1 | | B. OPTION 2 | |
When the dropdown of answers is limited, I can still present the question in Radio Grids, but when there are far too many options in the dropdown, the radios grid will be not usable.
