Can you explain how the "Days limit for new user" is actually working? Even before the latest CjForum update the option is already there in the Flood Control, and by default it is set to 7 days. The next options are set to 0, thus no limit.
I have changed the setting from 7 to 1 day, created a new user, and then the user was capable of posting a new topic without a problem. Is that because the other 3 options were still set to 0?
