[Language] Hebrew Translation + Template RTL

Just translated the CA for our site so I'm sharing. The hebrew file is in separate zip.

I also made the template right to left, some php, css and js files where edited. Also when I put the new folder (I called the template default-rtl)
in the template folder, the component does not recognize it. Is there a way to make it work?

Anyway now u just need to put it instead of default so its not the most elegant solution.
