Is it possible to remove "Survey already taken..."

Hi,

When trying to run the same survey twice (from the same computer) the message "You have already taken this survey" appears.

Is it possible to alter the code somewhere to remove this feature?
I found some posts regarding this, but none dealing with how to turn the feature off by changing the code. Is it possible?

The reason I want to do this is because I will run this survey on a vessel with a limited number of computers. Also, the computer skills are unfortunately far away from "delete all cookies..."
