Look and feel

I would like to make it that when the surveys page comes up from a menu item that the the edit/share/dashboard/reports would not show until omne is logged in. This would make the site better as it looks more professional and slick to a new user or unregistered user.


There is probably an easy workaround for this using external links and a bit of editing of the survey page
