addthis performance / async loading

Hi Maverick,

I just made a website twice as fast by setting the loading of the addthis script to async.

Possibly this will also improve performance of the blogpage as cjblog also invokes addthis.

Not sure if this is also applicable, but wanted to share anyway :)
