Error in Corejoomla API

Hello,

I have just installed GPStools, after first installing plg_jquery_v2.0.2.zip (and publishing) and com_cjlib_v1.3.1.zip. Things seem to work in GPStools (but not uploaded any tracks yet, so not fully tested) but when I select Corejoomla API in components menu I get

Fatal error: Class 'JControllerLegacy' not found in /home/totaltra/public_html/icycletest/administrator/components/com_cjlib/controller.php on line 17

Any ideas what is causing this error?
