I want Community Surveys to allow user uploads.
For example, I want to use Community Surveys so a user can attach a completed form to a survey.
First they answer a few questions in the survey ie name, address and then upload the completed form (which would be in PDF or doc format).
The uploader would need to upload the file to directory that's not accessible to others. The name of the file would also need to be placed in the survey so it can be downloaded.
Then when the user submits the survey the attachment is sent via email along with the survey.
Would this be possible?
