Any reason as to why the Random Poll module is showing the results page instead of the "voting page"? ...This is when the actual Polls component says that I am still 'eligible' to vote on the poll. ...It's not like I already voted.

Any help is appreciated.

Edit: but it appears to only be occurring when I'm NOT logged in...even though I have it set to allow Guests to vote. And I'm using cookies as my voting restriction method.
