I try to install pluggin trought Extensions installer pluggin but when I look SEF URLs I look that not have SEF format:

http://www.diccionariomedico.net/component/communityanswers/view/6-que-criterio-se-sigue-para-colocar-el-material-en-el-carro-de-curas-de-una-planta-del-hospital

I see that in zip file there is two files and a corejoomla directory. is there any other method to install it?
