At your demo site the module looks different from what I downloaded.
At the demo site the module is organized as one table with 4 tabs: Open, Resolved, M.Answered, M.Popular.
The module installed in my web-site looks loke for separate tables with 4 references above. Please, compare the attached screenshots.
