Minor fix to language file
Hello,
Can you replace the line POLL_SUBMIT_REGISTER in the English language file to what is written below? I don't want people contacting me when they can't create polls (currently tells them to contact Administrator) - they should get the message to Register or Login. I am having to change this with every new release. Thanks :)
POLL_SUBMIT_REGISTER="You are not allowed to create polls. Please Register or Login first."
