1 - Is it possible for all SuperUsers to view all surveys created?

I have 5 SuperUsers on the site who all are actively involved in the daily updates - so this would be quite important

2 - When creating a survey, I like to look at it to see how it is looking.... however this then locks me out after the first time, saying that I have responded to the survey already... is there a way to preview as you build?
