Have you got a solution for me to remove the article ID's from the urls for every question?

And lastly, is there anyway to change the parent category in the url (view) to something else? Suppose to change a url from

www.myawesomewebsitez.com./questions/view/112333-is-my-site-cool

to something like

www.myawesomewebsitez.com./questions/q/is-my-site-cool

Without the article id, and possibly chaning the (view) to something else?
