very very basic and newby question

Is that possible to customize the listing of all Polls for something like 3 squared divs per row (something resembling Pinterest layout) ?

How many hours a CSS/Joomla developer would take in average to implement this layout?

Would it to have to be rebuilt every time a new upgrade/update of Community Polls is released?
