Hello CA team,

I am a new customer and new for CA. I have two question for you (one maybe a bug).

1) From the backend it ask me to install the a new update but with the older version number

i have Installed Version 2.1.5. (i believe i have the latest version as the number said :unsure: )

2) When a user try to ask a question (me for now) it throws a HTTP error 500 and i don't know why, but it save the question. even, if you try to refresh the page while the error is displaying it repeat that question too (if you refresh the error 500 page 5 times you will get 5 similar questions )
