I'm using Joomla 3.1.1 and Community Polls 3.3.6.

When I try to create a Poll I receive this:

Message
Required fields missing or invalid data entered. Please try again. Error Code: 105100

Here are my troubleshooting steps based on other comments within this forum:

1. Made sure a category was unlocked before attempting to add a poll to it
2. Attempted to edit the models/polls.php file but the code is not the same. I played around with the 0,1, and 2 options with this at the end of the string: < 1)
3. I could not find this file here: templates/default/form.php to edit this code: <?php for($i=0; $i<2; $i++):?>

Please help.
