We recently purchased community surveys however we are not sure how to create surveys in Joomla backend (Joomla 1.5) as we don't see any button for creating new survey. Our website is:

Also on frontend we are not sure how we can create the surveys as we don't see any option. Not able to find any documentation/guide for Jommla 1.5
