How can I add a simple header Title description in free text (not a question) to each page?
This seems such a simple thing to give the user but does not seem to be provided for!
I need to create a survey with 10 pages where each page should have a category (my categories not survey categories) and 8 questions. The ability to add some text as a header for each page would suit me fine.
I bought Community Survey because of its apparent power and features, but I'm finding basic usability a struggle.
