Hello,
After changing Editor to JCE in config Panel
=> It is possible to create a new question and change it's description but not to edit a description that was already created (even with JCE).
The text is here if i use [toggle editor]
Part - 2 - When survey is saved, everythings descriptions are editable again. (This makes a workaround for me)
